不同遗传背景BC2代胡麻农艺及品质性状的分析OA
Analysis of Agronomic and Quality Traits of BC2 Generation Flax with Different Genetic Backgrounds
为创制高亚麻酸含量及其他优异性状的胡麻新种质,提高胡麻产品的附加值.利用引进的5份高亚麻酸突变体材料(ZM)与本地品种杂交、回交,构建相应回交群体(BC2),综合分析其农艺性状和品质性状.结果表明,'亚2210'和'亚2211'的株高均高于双亲,'亚2204'和'亚2211'的有效分枝数高于双亲,且'亚2211'的有效结果数、每果粒数和单株产量也高于双亲,'亚2204''亚2206''亚2210'和'亚2211'的千粒重介于双亲之间;'亚2206'的粗蛋白含量高于双亲,'亚2207'和'亚2211'的粗脂肪及油酸含量介于双亲之间,'亚2206'和'亚2210'的亚油酸含量均低于双亲,'亚2203''亚2209'和'亚2210'的亚麻酸含量介于双亲之间,'亚2202'的木酚素含量显著高于双亲.相关性分析表明,有效分枝数与有效结果数、单株产量呈极显著正相关;有效结果数与亚麻酸含量呈显著正相关;每果粒数与粗脂肪含量呈显著正相关;千粒重与粗脂肪、亚麻酸含量呈显著负相关,与油酸含量呈极显著正相关;油酸与亚麻酸含量呈极显著负相关.综合分析认为,ZM材料可以作为中间材料来改良胡麻相关性状,在本研究中性状表现较好的'亚2211''亚2202'和'亚2209'可以用于后期的深入研究,选育高产优质的胡麻新品种.
To create new flax germplasm with high alpha-linolenic acid content and other excellent traits,and to increase the added value of flaxseed products,five imported high-linolenic acid mutant materials(ZM)were crossed and backcrossed with local varieties to construct the corresponding backcrossing population(BC2),and their agronomic and quality traits were comprehensively analyzed.The results showed that the plant heights of'Ya 2210'and'Ya 2211'were both higher than those of their parents.The number of effective branches of'Ya 2204'and'Ya 2211'was higher than that of their parents.Moreover,the number of effective fruits,the number of grains per fruit and the yield per plant of'Ya 2211'were also higher than those of their parents.The 1000-grain weight of'Ya 2204','Ya 2206','Ya 2210'and'Ya 2211'was between that of their parents.The crude protein content of'Ya 2206'was higher than that of both parents.The crude fat and oleic acid contents of'Ya 2207'and'Ya 2211'were between those of both parents.The linoleic acid content of'Ya 2206'and'Ya 2210'was lower than that of both parents.The linolenic acid content of'Ya 2203','Ya 2209'and'Ya 2210'was between that of both parents.The lignan content of'Ya 2202'was significantly higher than that of both parents.Correlation analysis indicated that the number of effective branches was extremely significantly positively correlated with the number of effective fruits and the yield per plant.The number of effective fruits was significantly positively correlated with linolenic acid.The number of grains per fruit was significantly positively correlated with crude fat.The 1000-grain weight was significantly negatively correlated with crude fat and linolenic acid,and extremely significantly positively correlated with oleic acid.Oleic acid showed an extremely significant negative correlation with linolenic acid.Comprehensive analysis suggests that ZM materials can be used as intermediate materials to improve the related traits of flax.In this study,'Ya 2211','Ya 2202'and'Ya 2209',which performed well in terms of traits,can be used for further in-depth research to breed new high-yield and high-quality flax varieties.
