针叶树种释放VOCs成分与潜在作用分析OA
Analysis of Volatile Organic Compounds Emitted by Coniferous Tree Species and Its Potential Effect
为探究油松(Pinus tabuliformis Carrière.)、侧柏(Platycladus orientalis L.)和圆柏(Juniperus chinensis L.)在自然环境中释放的VOCs成分及心理健康促进作用,研究采用活体植物动态顶空采样法和GC-MS技术,采集气体并鉴定VOCs成分.同时,利用网络药理学方法评价油松、侧柏和圆柏释放的VOCs与抑郁症基因靶点对应关系.结果表明,3种针叶树主要释放的VOCs成分有α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、柠檬烯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,萜烯类是主要挥发物类别;针叶树种间释放VOCs种类与含量存在差异;油松释放的芳樟醇、侧柏及圆柏释放的9-十八碳烯酸等物质对应抑郁症潜在靶点最多;3种针叶树VOCs活性成分通过调节神经活性配体-受体相互作用通路、神经退行性疾病通路及钙离子通路共同发挥起到抗抑郁作用.该研究为深入揭示针叶树种释放的VOCs促进心理健康作用机制提供理论依据.
In order to investigate the effects of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emitted into the natural environment and their po-tential effect in promoting mental health,the dynamic headspace sampling method combined with gas chromatography-mass spec-trometry(GC-MS)was employed to collect gases and identify VOCs compounds emitted by Pinus tabulaeformis,Platyphelus orienta-lis,and Juniperus chinensis.Additionally,network pharmacological approaches were utilized to assess the relationships between the VOCs emitted by these trees species and the genetic targets associated with human diseases.The findings indicated that the main components of VOCs emitted by the three coniferous tree species included α-pinene,β-pinene,limonene,and dimethyl phthalate,with terpenoids being the predominant category of volatile substances.There were differences in the types and contents of VOCs emit-ted among the coniferous tree species.Substances such as linalool emitted by Pinus tabulaeformis and 9-octadecenoic acid emitted by Platycladus orientalis and Juniperus chinensis corresponded to the most significant potential targets for depression.The primary ac-tive components of VOCs emitted by coniferous tree species could contribute to antidepressant by modulating the neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway,neurodegenerative disease pathways,and calcium ion signaling pathways.This study provided a theo-retical foundation for further elucidating the mechanisms through which VOCs emitted by coniferous species promote mental health.
