不同水分条件下西鄂尔多斯6种孑遗植物光合生理特征研究OA
Characterization of Photosynthetic Physiology of Six Relict Plants in West Ordos under Different Soil Moisture Conditions
为了更好地阐明不同植物对土壤水分变化的光合响应过程和机理,本文研究不同水分条件下6种植物净光合速率变化及主要影响因素.使用CI-340便携式光合测量系统,测定沙冬青(Ammopiptanthus mongolicus)、霸王(Zygophyllum xanthoxylum)、四合木(Tetraena mongolica)、绵刺(Potaninia mongolica)、蒙古扁桃(Prunus mongolica)和红砂(Reaumuria songarica)在模拟降水前后的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(E)、水分利用效率(WUE)、叶片温度(Tleaf)、气孔导度(C)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(CI)、光合有效辐射(PAR)、大气温度(Ta)、空气湿度(RH)等生理生态因子,利用Pearson相关性分析和逐步回归分析,系统研究不同水分条件下6种植物的光合变化特征及其与生理生态因子的关系.结果表明:①不同水分条件下植物的光合速率存在差异.总体而言降水对植物的光合速率具有正效应,不同植物对水分变化的敏感度不同,响应策略也不同;除四合木外其他5种植物在降水后的响应均为高光合策略,四合木为低光合策略.②不同水分条件下植物的蒸腾速率存在差异,沙冬青、绵刺和蒙古扁桃在降水后蒸腾速率提升,对降水的响应均为高蒸腾,霸王、四合木和红砂在降水后蒸腾速率响应为低蒸腾.③降水前影响6种植物Pn的主要因子是WUE、气孔限制值(Ls)、C,降水后影响Pn的主要因子是C、Tleaf、WUE;降水后气孔导度影响因子所占比重变大.
In order to clarify the photosynthetic response processes and mechanisms of different plants to changes in soil moisture.This study studied the variations in net photosynthetic rates of six plants under different moisture conditions and identified their main influ-encing factors.Using the CI-340 portable photosynthesis measurement system,physiological and ecological parameters such as net pho-tosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(E),water use efficiency(WUE),leaf temperature(Tleaf),stomatal conductance(C),intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(CI),photosynthetically active radiation(PAR),atmospheric temperature(Ta),and air humidity(RH),were measured for Ammopiptanthus mongolicus,Zygophyllum xanthoxylum,Tetraena mongolica,Potaninia mongolica,Prunus mongolica,and Reaumuria songarica before and after water induction.By using Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis,the photosynthetic change characteristics of six plants under different water conditions and their relationships with physiological and ecologi-cal factors were systematically studied.The results indicated that there were significant differences in the photosynthetic rates of plants under different moisture conditions.Overall,precipitation positively affected the photosynthetic rates of these plants.However,differ-ent plants had different sensitivities to water changes and distinct response strategies.Among the six plants,five(excluding Tetraena mongolica)demonstrated high photosynthetic strategies following precipitation,while Tetraena mongolica exhibited a low photosynthet-ic strategy.The transpiration rates of plants also varied under different moisture conditions.The transpiration rates of the three plants,Ammopiptanthus mongolicus,Potaninia mongolica and Prunus mongolica,increased after precipitation,indicating a high transpiration response to moisture.In contrast,Zygophyllum xanthoxylum,Tetraena mongolica and Reaumuria songarica,showed low transpiration rates following precipitation.The main factors affecting the six plants before precipitation were WUE,Ls and C,and the main factors af-fecting Pn after precipitation were C,Tleaf and WUE.Additionally,the proportion of influencing factors related to stomatal conductance in-creased after precipitation.
