原位深松施肥整地联合作业机研制与试验OA
Development and testing of in-situ combined operation machine for subsoiling,fertilization and soil preparation
针对目前盐碱地改良过程中无法深层次破除土壤障碍层的问题,研发了一种盐碱地改良配套设备.该设备具备多根螺旋深松轴,通过相邻深松轴反向转动的设计,能够实现在不扰乱土层结构的基础上打破盐碱地土壤障碍层.该设备以轮式拖拉机为动力,采用三点悬挂式连接,在拖拉机动力输出轴的驱动下带动深松装置、施肥装置和镇压装置的运行,进而实现在盐碱地上的原位深松、施肥及整地一体化作业.试验结果表明,该设备的深松深度可达68.49 cm,深松稳定性达到98.09%,碎土率为99.17%,土壤垂直位移量8.6 cm,耕后地表平整度1.42%,各行施肥量一致性变异系数为1.485%,可靠性考核为 94.4%.原位深松施肥整地联合作业机结构紧凑,相关试验数据符合设计要求,具有进一步的推广价值.
To address the current challenge of failing to break through deep soil resistance layers during saline-alkali land reclamation,a specialized reclamation device was developed.Equipped with multiple spiral deep-loosening shafts,the device employs counter-rotating adjacent shafts to break through saline-alkali soil resistance layers without disrupting soil structure.Powered by a wheeled tractor via a three-point hitch,the device drives the deep-loosening,fertilizing,and rolling units through the tractor's power take-off shaft.This enables integrated in-situ deep loose-ning,fertilization,and land preparation operations on saline-alkali soils.Driven by the tractor's power take-off shaft,it operates the deep loosening,fertilizing,and rolling units,enabling integrated in-situ deep loosening,fertiliza-tion,and land preparation on saline-alkali soils.Test results indicate the device achieves a subsoiling depth of 68.49 cm,with subsoiling stability at 98.09%,soil fragmentation rate at 99.17%,vertical soil displacement of 8.6 cm,post-tillage surface levelness of 1.42%,coefficient of variation for fertilizer application uniformity across rows at 1.485%,and reliability assessment at 94.4%.The in-situ deep loosening,fertilization,and land preparation com-bined machine features a compact structure.Relevant test data meet design requirements,demonstrating significant po-tential for further promotion.
