原花青素联合Nd:YAG激光对牙本质小管的封闭能力及牙本质粘接效果研究OA
Study on the sealing ability and bonding effect of proanthocyanidins and Nd:YAG laser on dentinal tubules
目的:探讨在牙本质小管封闭中应用原花青素(proanthocyanidins,PA)联合Nd:YAG激光对封闭能力及牙本质粘接脱敏的效果.方法:选取衡水市第四人民医院收集的 30 颗离体健康磨牙,经处理后得到 60 个牙本质样本,随机分成PA组(n=20,PA处理)、激光组(n=20,Nd:YAG激光处理)与联合组(n=20,PA+Nd:YAG激光),比较 3 组牙本质小管口直径与相对面积、封闭情况、渗透情况、耐酸蚀性、牙本质粘接强度.结果:联合组牙本质小管口直径、相对面积较PA组、激光组更小(P<0.05),激光组较PA组更小(P<0.05);与PA组、激光组比较,联合组封闭深度更大,封闭率更高(P<0.05),与PA组比较,激光组封闭深度更大,封闭率更高(P<0.05);联合组渗透深度较PA组、激光组更大(P<0.05),激光组较PA组更大(P<0.05).3 组耐酸蚀性组间、时间、交互比较存在差异(P<0.05);组内比较:10 min、15 min较 5 min更低(P<0.05),15 min较10 min更低(P<0.05);组间比较:与PA组、激光组比较,联合组各时段耐酸蚀性评分更高(P<0.05),与PA组比较,激光组更高(P<0.05);联合组粘接强度较PA组、激光组更高(P<0.05),激光组较PA组更高(P<0.05).结论:PA联合Nd:YAG激光应用于牙本质小管封闭中,能够缩小牙本质小管口直径、相对面积,改善封闭与渗透情况,促进耐酸蚀性和牙本质粘接强度提高.
Objective:To explore the effect of using proanthocyanidins(PA)and Nd:YAG laser on the sealing ability and dentin adhesion desensitization in the occlusion of dentinal tubules.Methods:Thirty healthy extracted molars collected from Hengshui Fourth People's Hospital were selected,and 60 dentin samples were obtained after treatment.They were ran-domly divided into three groups:PA group(n=20,PA treatment),laser group(n=20,Nd:YAG laser treatment),and com-bined group(n=20,PA+Nd:YAG laser).The diameter and relative area of dentinal tubules,closure,permeability,acid cor-rosion resistance,and dentin bonding strength in three groups were compared.Results:In comparison of the PA group and la-ser group,the diameter and relative area of dentinal tubules in the combined group were smaller(P<0.05),and in compari-son of the PA group,those in the laser group were smaller(P<0.05).In comparison of the PA group and laser group,the sealing depth in the combined group was greater,sealing rate was higher(P<0.05),in comparison of the PA group,the seal-ing depth in the laser group was greater,and sealing rate was higher(P<0.05).In comparison of the PA group and laser group,the penetration depth in the combined group was greater(P<0.05),and in comparison of the PA group,that of the la-ser group were greater(P<0.05).There were differences in the comparison of acid corrosion resistance between the three groups,time,and interaction(P<0.05).Intra group comparison:10 min and 15 min were lower than 5 min,and 15 min was lower than 10 min(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:in comparison of the PA group and the laser group,the combined group was higher at each time period(P<0.05),and in comparison of the PA group,the laser group was higher(P<0.05).In comparison of the PA group and the laser group,the bonding strength of the combined group was higher(P<0.05),and in comparison of the PA group,the laser group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:PA and Nd:YAG laser can reduce the diam-eter and relative area of dentinal tubules,improve the sealing and permeability,and promote the improvement of acid corrosion resistance,and dentin bonding strength.
