以A514/Q355ME异种钢焊接接头为研究对象,采用药芯焊丝和实心焊丝分别进行焊接试验,系统对比了两种焊接接头的微观组织及力学性能.结果表明:相同焊接工艺下,两种焊丝焊接接头的组织形貌和晶粒尺寸存在显著差异.通过小铁研试验可知,两种接头的抗裂性能相当,均满足使用要求.药芯焊丝接头的屈服强度和抗拉强度略高于实心焊丝,二者伸长率相当.由 40℃冲击试验结果可知,实心焊丝焊缝处的冲击吸收能量达172J,远高于药芯焊丝的68J.实心焊丝的疲劳极限达390MPa,高于药芯焊丝的370MPa.综合结果表明:两种接头均能够满足工程应用需求,需根据具体服役条件选择合适的焊接材料.

This study focuses on dissimilar steel welded joints of A514/Q355ME,using flux-cored wire and solid wire for welding experiments.A systematic comparison was conducted on the micro structure and mechanical properties of the welded joints produced by the two types of welding wires.The results show that under the same welding process,there are significant differences in the morphological features and grain size of the joints welded with different wires.Crack resistance tests using oblique Y-groove butt weld crack test indicate that both joints exhibit comparable crack resistance,meeting the application requirements.The joint welded with flux-cored wire shows slightly higher yield strength and tensile strength compared to the solid wire joint,while their elongation is similar.In impact tests at-40℃,the impact energy at the weld of the solid wire joint reaches 172J,which is significantly higher than the 68J of the flux-cored wire joint.The fatigue limit of the solid wire joint reaches 390MPa,exceeding the 370MPa of the flux-cored wire joint.Overall,both types of joints meet engineering application requirements,and the appropriate welding material should be selected according to specific service conditions.
