OBE理念下焊接成形虚实结合实践教学研究OA
Exploration of integrating virtual and real welding formation practice teaching under the Outcome-Based Education concept
为适应"新工科"战略对卓越工程科技人才培养的需求,基于成果导向(OBE)教育理念,对传统焊接成形实践教学模式进行了改革研究.新模式围绕"学生中心-虚实结合-递进教学-多元评价"一体化的教学架构,融合AR裸眼虚拟焊接、手工气体保护焊和焊接机器人等多阶段内容,构建起从认知建立到能力提升的层层递进式教学路径.针对低年级学生专业基础薄弱的问题,设置差异化教学方案,借助虚实融合技术提升学生的操作信心与质量意识.同时,配套多元考核机制,强化过程评价与反思反馈,持续优化教学策略.教学结果表明:该模式显著提升了学生的操作规范性与成形质量判断能力,具有良好的教学效果与推广应用价值,可为高等工程教育实践教学改革提供有效参考和借鉴.
To meet the demands of the"New Engineering"initiative for cultivating top-tier engineering and technology talent,this study reformulates the traditional welding forming practice teaching model based on the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)philosophy.The new model is structured around an integrated framework of"student-centered learning,virtual-real integration,progressive teaching,and diversified assessment",incorporating multi-stage content including AR-based virtual welding,manual gas-shielded welding,and robotic welding.A progressive learning path is established,guiding students from cognitive acquisition to skill development.In response to the limited professional foundation of lower-year students,the course adopts differentiated instructional strategies and utilizes virtual-real fusion technologies to enhance students' operational confidence and quality awareness.A diversified evaluation system is also introduced to strengthen formative assessment and reflective feedback,enabling continuous optimization of instructional approaches.Teaching outcomes indicate that the new model significantly improves students' welding posture,procedural accuracy,and ability to assess weld quality,demonstrating strong teaching effectiveness and scalability.This model provides a valuable reference for the reform and innovation of practice teaching in higher engineering education.
