Research progress on the influence of weld metals on weldability of armor steel
综述了焊缝金属对装甲钢焊接性影响的研究进展.结果表明:同质焊缝试件中HAZ裂纹,以及异质焊缝试件中熔合区裂纹,其性质均属于典型氢致冷裂纹;奥氏体异质焊缝接头的抗裂性优于同质焊缝接头的主要机制是焊缝中氢行为所导致.依据强度与冲击韧性结合原则推测,与ER70S-6焊丝相比,ERNiFeCr-2焊丝接头可能获得良好的防弹性能.装甲钢夹层或组合焊缝接头设计方案中,硬面层提供了足够的硬度,奥氏体焊缝提供了优良的韧性和抗断裂性能,各特征区的组织为接头完整性及综合性能平衡作出了应有的贡献,成功地解决了"焊缝金属与装甲钢焊接性关系"中"接头的抗裂性与防弹性不能兼备"的关键技术问题.
The research progress on the influence of weld metal on the weldability of armor steel was reviewed.The results show that HAZ cracks in similar weld specimens and bond area cracks in dissimilar weld specimens are typical hydrogen-induced cracks;the main mechanism that the crack resistance of austenitic dissimilar weld joint is superior to that of similar weld joint is caused by the hydrogen behavior in the weld.According to the principle of combining strength and impact toughness,it is speculated that the ERNiFeCr-2 welding wire joint may obtain better ballistic performance compared with the ER70S-6 welding wire joint.In the design scheme of armor steel sandwich or combined weld joint,the hard surface layer provides enough hardness,while the austenitic weld provides excellent toughness and fracture resistance,and the microstructure of each characteristic area makes due contribution to the integrity of the joint and the balance of comprehensive properties,successfully solving the key technology of"the crack resistance and ballistic resistance of the joint cannot be achieved simultaneously"in the relationship between weld metal and weldability of armor steel.
