Development of a digital integrated control system for heat treatment workshops
针对热处理车间数字化升级的需求,提出了一套集数据采集、物料自动识别与配送、立体仓储、AGV配送及数字孪生于一体的智能热处理车间集控系统(MES/PDM系统集成)方案.系统核心价值在于通过工艺合规性强制校验,保障产品质量、通过人机协同调整实现敏捷交付,并基于设备状态变化实现动态智能排产.方案围绕工件从进到出的全生命周期业务场景进行设计,重点阐述了智能排产的关键流程(拆批、拆单、合炉、排产、更新)、特色功能及优化策略,并结合案例分析,展示实施效果,旨在提升热处理车间的管理精细化、生产智能化和资源优化水平.
In response to the demand for digital upgrading in heat treatment workshops,this paper proposes an integrated intelligent heat treatment workshop control system(MES/PDM system integration)solution that combines data acquisition,automatic material identification and distribution,three-dimensional warehousing,AGV distribution,and digital twin technologies.The core value of the system lies in ensuring product quality through mandatory process compliance validation,achieving agile delivery through human-machine collaborative adjustments,and enabling dynamic intelligent scheduling based on equipment status changes.The solution is designed around the full lifecycle business scenarios of workpieces from entry to exit,with a focus on elucidating the key processes of intelligent scheduling(batch splitting,order splitting,furnace combination,scheduling,and updating),distinctive features,and optimization strategies.Case studies are used to demonstrate implementation effects,aiming to enhance the management refinement,production intelligence,and resource optimization of heat treatment workshops.
