伴随"双碳"战略的深入推进和国际绿色壁垒的不断高筑,碳足迹管理正成为各行各业实现绿色发展的普遍要求和推进节能降碳的重要抓手,然而,针对热处理行业的碳足迹核算方法和管理能力建设尚属空白.按照相关政策文件要求,提出了热处理碳足迹管理体系构建的基本框架;基于生命周期评价法,建立了热处理设备及工艺材料碳足迹核算模型,提出了热处理工艺因子计算方法;最后,针对绿色热处理的发展现状和面临的新形势、新要求,从标准、行业、供应链3个层面阐述了优化发展策略.

With the deepening advancement of the"Dual Carbon"strategy and the continuous rise of international green trade barriers,carbon footprint management is becoming a universal requirement for achieving green development across various industries and an important tool for promoting energy conservation and emissions reduction.However,methods for carbon footprint accounting and the development of management capabilities in the heat treatment industry remain largely undeveloped.In accordance with relevant policy document requirements,this study proposes a fundamental framework for constructing a carbon footprint management system for heat treatment.Based on the Life Cycle Assessment method,a carbon footprint accounting model for heat treatment equipment and process materials is established,and a calculation method for heat treatment process factors is introduced.Finally,considering the current state of green heat treatment development and the emerging challenges and requirements,optimization strategies are elaborated from three perspectives:standards,industry,and the supply chain.
