Energy-Saving Optimization and Application of the Seven-Effect Two-Stage Evaporation System
针对低温拜耳法氧化铝生产中蒸发机组存在的蒸发效率低、蒸汽中夹带液碱严重、蒸汽消耗量高、循环水用量多等问题,技术改造采用全逆流七效两段法蒸发工艺代替原有的六效一段法蒸发流程,配套分体式降膜蒸发设备与旋流式除沫器,蒸发冷凝水罐采用单罐设计.改造后,蒸水量从300 t/h提高至400 t/h以上,总用气量平均降低24 t/h,汽水比降低0.1 t汽/t水,实现节约蒸汽1 680 t/d,节约电量64 000 kWh/d.根据企业每年生产150万吨氧化铝产品规模计算,每年节约蒸汽量约53.64万吨.
Aiming at the problems of low evaporation efficiency,severe liquid caustic entrainment in steam,high steam consumption and excessive circulating water usage existing in the evaporation unit during the production of alumina by the low-temperature Bayer process,technical transformation was carried out by adopting the full countercurrent seven-effect two-stage evaporation process to replace the original six-effect single-stage evaporation process,equipped with split-type falling film evaporation equipment and cyclone demisters,and a single-tank design was applied for the evaporation condensate tank.After the transformation,evaporation capacity increased from 300 t/h to over 400 t/h.Average total steam consumption decreased by 24 t/h,and the steam-to-water ratio decreased by 0.1 t steam/t water.This achieves daily steam savings of 1,680 t and electricity savings of 64,000 kWh.Based on the enterprise's annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons of alumina,this translates to annual steam savings of approximately 536,400 tons.
