南疆3个软籽石榴品种抗寒性比较OA
Comparison of Cold Resistance in Three Soft-seed Pomegranate Cultivars from Southern Xinjiang
[目的]针对南疆地区软籽石榴冬季冻害问题,对该地3个主栽石榴品种的抗寒相关生理生化指标进行测定,明确3个品种的抗寒性强弱,为南疆地区石榴产业布局提供科学依据.[方法]以图木舒克栽培的突尼斯软籽、慕乐和黑籽甜3个软籽石榴品种为试验对象,以其休眠期1年生枝条为试材,利用人工模拟低温环境的方法,测定3个软籽石榴品种在4℃(CK)、0℃、-5℃、-10℃、-15℃低温环境下枝条抗寒相关的生理生化指标的变化,结合LT50计算出的Logistics方程及隶属函数法对3个品种的抗寒性进行综合评价.[结果]慕乐和黑籽甜石榴品种1年生枝条的相对电导率和丙二醛含量比突尼斯软籽低,但可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量和SOD活性突尼斯软籽最低,慕乐和黑籽甜相对较高.基于多项生理指标的隶属函数综合分析显示,3个软籽石榴品种抗寒性由强到弱依次为:黑籽甜>慕乐>突尼斯软籽.[结论]研究结果为南疆地区软籽石榴产业发展提供了重要的科学依据和实践指导.
[Objective]To address the issue of winter freezing injury in soft-seed pomegranates in Southern Xinjiang,this study determined the physiological and biochemical indices related to cold resistance of three main cultivated pomegranate varie-ties,clarified the differences in cold hardiness among the three varieties,and thereby provided a scientific basis for the industri-al layout of the pomegranate industry in Southern Xinjiang.[Methods]Taking three soft-seed pomegranate cultivars,Tunisian Soft-seed,Mule and Black-Seed Sweet,cultivated in Tumushuke as test materials,with their one-year-old dormant branches as experimental samples,an artificial simulated low-temperature environment method was adopted.The changes in physiological and biochemical indices related to cold resistance of the branches of the three soft-seed pomegranate varieties were measured un-der low-temperature conditions of 4℃(CK),0℃,-5℃,-10℃and-15℃.The cold hardiness of the three varieties was comprehensively evaluated by combining the Logistic equation(for LT50 calculation)and the membership function meth-od.[Results]The relative electrical conductivity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content of the one-year-old branches of Mule and Black-Seed Sweet were lower than those of Tunisian Soft-seed.On the contrary,the contents of soluble protein and pro-line,as well as superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of Tunisian Soft-seed were the lowest,while those of Mule and Black-Seed Sweet were relatively higher.Comprehensive analysis by the membership function method based on multiple physiological indices showed that the order of cold hardiness of the three soft-seed pomegranate varieties from strongest to weakest was:Black-Seed Sweet>Mule>Tunisian Soft-seed.[Conclusion]The results of this study provide important scientific basis and practical guidance for the development of the soft-seed pomegranate industry in Southern Xinjiang.
