[目的]探究不同浓度乙烯利耦合萘乙酸对'温185'和'新新2号'核桃采收的协同效应及最适浓度组合,以期为乙烯利在核桃采收中的规模化应用提供理论依据,提升核桃的采收效率、改善其果实品质.[方法]以10年生核桃品种'温185'和'新新2号'为试验材料,分别设置乙烯利(0、150 mg/L、250 mg/L、350 mg/L)和萘乙酸(0、200 mg/L、400 mg/L、600 mg/L)各4个浓度梯度,在核桃采收前10 d对其进行叶面喷施,对施药后2个核桃品种的青皮开裂率、叶片黄化率及果实品质相关指标进行调查与测定.[结果]乙烯利和萘乙酸耦合效应对核桃叶片黄化和青皮开裂具有浓度依赖性和品种特异性.'温185'在E3N2处理下叶片黄化率最低(≤2.78%),且保持较高青皮开裂率;'新新2号'在E2N2处理下青皮开裂率达72.46%,叶片黄化率仅为5.8%,出仁率显著提高至48.55%.两种处理均未对果实大小、脂肪、蛋白质、总糖等品质指标产生显著负面影响,且显著提升了核桃果实白仁率,降低了黄褐色仁比例.[结论]'温185'核桃在(350 mg/L ETH+400 mg/L NAA)处理下效果最佳,'新新2号'核桃在(250 mg/L ETH+400 mg/L NAA)处理下效果最佳,且均能有效提高果实品质.

[Objective]To understand the synergistic effect of different concentrations of ethephon(ETH)coupled with naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA)on the harvest of'Wen 185'and'Xinxin 2'walnuts and the optimal concentration combination.[Methods]10-year-old'Wen 185'and'Xinxin 2'were used as experimental materials in this study,and the effects of dif-ferent concentrations of ETH and NAA coupled treatments on the green peel cracking rate,leaf yellowing rate,and fruit quali-ty during the walnut harvest process were systematically investigated.[Results]The synergistic effect of ETH and NAA on leaf yellowing and green peel cracking is concentration-dependent and variety-specific.'Wen 185'had the lowest leaf yellowing rate(≤2.78%)under the E3N2 treatment and maintained a relatively high green peel cracking rate.'Xinxin 2'had a green peel cracking rate of 72.46%and a leaf yellowing rate of only 5.8%under the E2N2 treatment,with a significant increase in kernel yield to 48.55%.Neither treatment had a significant negative impact on fruit size,fat,protein,total sugar,and other quality indicators,and significantly increased the proportion of white kernels and reduced the proportion of yellowish-brown kernels.[Conclusion]The E3N2 treatment was the most effective for'Wen 185'walnuts,and the E2N2 treatment was the most effective for'Xinxin 2'walnuts,both effectively improving fruit quality.
