[目的]通过分析枣种质资源的表型性状,综合评价枣资源的特性和简化栽培特性,以期筛选到适宜简化栽培的枣种质资源.[方法]以42份枣种质资源为试材,对其与简化栽培相关的树形、丰产性、生长势、果实品质和果实质地等29个表型性状进行测定分析.[结果]42份枣种质资源的29项指标极差范围在0.23%~100%,变异系数为7.12%~98.12%,其中枣果实内聚性的变异系数最小,裂果率变异系数最大.枣头长度、枣头粗度、枣头节间长度、二次枝长度、二次枝粗度、二次枝节间长度、枣股数、枣吊数、单果质量、可溶性固形物质量分数、内聚性、胶黏性、果皮硬度和果肉硬度14个性状符合正态分布.42份枣种质资源在平方欧氏距离为75处划分为7个类群.不同产地来源的枣种质资源没有明显的聚类特征,表明不同地域来源的资源差异不大.主成分分析可以提取8个主成分,累计贡献率为79.45%.利用隶属函数计算,最终筛选到金昌1号、冷白玉、晋矮3号、大圆丰、国光、梨枣、石枣3号、早脆王、胎里红和官滩枣10份资源,这些种质资源具有果实品质较好、丰产性好、树形健壮、生长势适中等特点,适宜简化栽培.[结论]研究探索了简化栽培的枣资源评价方法,也为进一步开展简化栽培模式研究储备了适宜的枣种质资源.

[Objective]By analyzing the phenotypic traits of jujube germplasm resources,this study comprehensively eval-uates their biological characteristics and adaptability to simplified cultivation,in order to screen out jujube germplasm resources suitable for simplified cultivation.[Methods]42 jujube germplasm resources were used as test materials.29 phenotypic traits related to simplified cultivation were determined and analyzed,including tree shape,high-yield potential,growth vigor,fruit quality,and fruit texture.[Results]The results showed that the range of the 29 indicators varied from 0.23%to 100%,and the coefficient of variation(CV)ranged from 7.12%to 98.12%.Fruit cohesiveness had the smallest CV,while the fruit cracking rate had the largest CV.Fourteen traits,main branch length,main branch diameter,main branch internode length,secondary branch length,secondary branch diameter,secondary branch internode length,stocks Number in secondary branch,Number of fruit shoot,Average fruit weigh,cohesiveness,gumminess,fruit peel hardness,and fruit pulp hardness,con-formed to a normal distribution.The 42 jujube germplasm resources were divided into 7 groups at a squared Euclidean distance of 75.Germplasms from different geographical origins did not show obvious clustering characteristics,indicating minor differ-ences among resources from different regions.Principal component analysis extracted 8 principal components with a cumulative contribution rate of 79.45%.Using membership function calculations,ten resources were ultimately screened:Jincheng 1,Lengbaiyu,Jin'ai 3,Dayuanfeng,Guoguang,Lizao,Shizao 3,Zaocuiwang,Tailihong,and Guantanzao.These resources ex-hibit good fruit quality,high yield potential,robust tree shape,moderate growth vigor,and are suitable for simplified cultiva-tion.[Conclusion]This study explored resource evaluation methods for simplified cultivation and also reserved suitable germ-plasm resources for further research on simplified cultivation models.
