6-BA对主干形杏李侧枝萌发与生长的调控作用OA
Study on the Promoting Effect of 6-Benzylaminopine on Lateral Branches in Main Trunk Cultivation of Prunus salicina×P.areniacas
[目的]探讨6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)对主干形栽培杏李侧枝萌发的调控作用.[方法]以 3年生杏李作为试验对象,设计0、400、600、800 mg·L-1 6-BA处理,测定侧枝萌发数量、中干及侧枝生长量等关键指标.[结果]结果显示,400、600 mg·L-1 6-BA 处理下显著促进了侧枝的萌发,相较于 CK 提高了 9.1~12倍,而 800 mg·L-1处理则表现出边际效应;处理组中干生长抑制率达到 12.4%~16.1%,侧枝生长量下降了 24.8%~36.2%.[结论]综合分析发现,600 mg·L-1 6-BA在确保有效分枝数(12枝/株)的同时,兼顾了中干生长量(79.1 cm)与侧枝生长量(34.8 cm)的平衡,是杏李主干形树体构建的理想浓度.
[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the regulatory effect of 6-Benzylaminopurine(6-BA)on the sprouting of lateral branches in central leader-trained Prunus simonii×P.armeniaca.[Methods]Using three-year-old Prunus simonii×P.armeniaca trees as experimental material,treatments with 0,400,600,and 800 mg·L-1 6-BA were de-signed.Key indicators,including the number of sprouted lateral branches and the growth increment of the central leader and lateral branches,were measured.[Results]The results showed that treatments with 400 and 600 mg·L-1 6-BA significant-ly promoted the sprouting of lateral branches,increasing it by 9.1 to 12 times compared to the CK.In contrast,the 800 mg·L-1 treatment exhibited a marginal effect.In the treatment groups,the growth inhibition rate of the central leader reached 12.4%to 16.1%,and the growth increment of lateral branches decreased by 24.8%to 36.2%.[Conclusion]Comprehensive analysis revealed that 600 mg·L-1 6-BA,while ensuring an effective number of branches(12 per plant),achieved a balance between the growth of the central leader(79.1 cm)and lateral branches(34.8 cm),making it the ideal concentration for con-structing the central leader form in Prunus simonii×P.armeniaca.
