[目的]为库尔勒香梨的优质栽培与推广提供参考依据.[方法]以库尔勒香梨幼龄苗以及成龄苗为试材,通过灌根的方法处理香梨苗木,探讨不同植物生长调节剂处理对香梨枝条生长及果实外观品质和内在品质的影响.[结果]C1、C3、C6、C9、C14可以显著提升幼龄树枝条生长发育,其中,C1处理提升香梨幼龄树主枝粗度最为显著,为0.54 mm;C3、C6处理提升主枝长度效果最为明显,都为3.40 cm;C4、C6处理可全方位显著促进幼树根系发育,其中C6综合表现最优.C9处理提升主干粗度效果最为明显,为0.26 cm.C11处理抑制幼龄主枝生长.C5、C10、C14可以显著提升成龄树枝条生长发育,C5处理显著增加成龄树短、中枝条数量,为3 964条;C14处理显著增加成龄树长枝条数量,为4 863条.各处理组对于香梨横径、纵径、可食率以及果形指数并无显著影响.C9处理导致果皮厚度发生显著增加,为0.06 cm.各处理组对于香梨2023年—2024年果实硬度并无显著影响.与其他处理相比,C14处理显著增加2023年香梨可溶性固形物含量,为各处理组最大值.2023年果实阳面可溶性固形物为14.86°,2023年果实阴面可溶性固形物14.20°,2024年阳面可溶性固形物14.39°,2024年阴面可溶性固形物14.17°;C2处理显著增加2024年香梨可溶性固形物,为各处理组最大值.C14处理对2023年和2024年单果质量影响效果最好,分别为158.35 g和245.03 g.[结论]通过主成分分析的结果,经C13处理的幼龄树生长发育效果最好;经C14处理的成龄树果实品质最好.

[Objective]This study aims to provide a reference basis for the high-quality cultivation and promotion of Korla fragrant pear.[Methods]Taking young and mature seedlings of Korla fragrant pear as test materials,the seedlings were trea-ted by root irrigation method to explore the effects of different plant growth regulator treatments on the branch growth,fruit appearance quality and internal quality of Korla fragrant pear.[Results]The results showed that C1,C3,C6,C9 and C14 could significantly promote the branch growth and development of young trees.Among them,C1 treatment had the most sig-nificant effect on increasing the main branch diameter of young Korla fragrant pear trees,reaching 0.54 mm;C3 and C6 treat-ments had the most obvious effect on increasing the main branch length,both being 3.40 cm;C4 and C6 treatments could com-prehensively and significantly promote the root development of young trees,and C6 had the best comprehensive performance.C9 treatment had the most significant effect on increasing the trunk diameter,reaching 0.26 cm.C11 treatment inhibited the growth of main branches of young trees.C5,C10 and C14 could significantly promote the branch growth and development of mature trees.C5 treatment significantly increased the number of short and medium branches of mature trees to 3 964;C14 treatment significantly increased the number of long branches of mature trees to 4 863.Each treatment group had no significant effect on the transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,edible rate and fruit shape index of Korla fragrant pear.C9 treatment significantly increased the pericarp thickness to 0.06 cm.Each treatment group had no significant effect on the fruit firmness of Korla fragrant pear from 2023 to 2024.Compared with other treatments,C14 treatment significantly increased the soluble sol-ids content of Korla fragrant pear in 2023,which was the maximum value among all treatment groups(14.86° on the sunny side and 14.20° on the shady side of the fruit in 2023).C2 treatment significantly increased the soluble solids content of Korla fragrant pear in 2024,which was the maximum value among all treatment groups(14.39° on the sunny side and 14.17° on the shady side of the fruit in 2024).In addition,C14 treatment had the best effect on the single fruit weight in 2023 and 2024,which were 158.35 g and 245.03 g respectively.[Conclusion]The results of principal component analysis showed that the growth and development effect of young trees treated with C13 was the best,and the fruit quality of mature trees treated with C14 was the best.
