Experiment on Prevention and Control of Spider Mites in Aksu Apples

[目的]评价释放携带白僵菌孢子的捕食螨对新疆阿克苏苹果园害螨的田间防治效果,为该技术的推广应用提供依据.[方法]在田间设置生物防治区(释放携带白僵菌孢子的捕食螨)、化学防治区与空白对照区,定期调查各处理区卵及害螨(成螨、若螨、幼螨)的种群数量动态,计算虫口减退率,比较不同措施的防治效果.[结果]化学防治效果最为迅速且显著,防效最高可以达到91%.生物防治效果呈现缓慢上升趋势,在释放后20 d达到峰值,虫口减退率为36.8%,与空白对照区(减退率为-96%)存在极显著差异(P<0.05).[结论]释放携带白僵菌孢子的捕食螨对苹果园有害螨进行防治具有较好防效,但其防效受环境因素影响较大,可作为综合治理体系中的一项补充措施.

[Objective]To study the control effect and feasibility of predatory mites carrying Beauveria bassiana spores on harmful mites in Aksu apple orchards.[Methods]In the field,three treatment plots were set up:a biological control plot(re-leasing predatory mites carrying Beauveria bassiana spores),a chemical control plot,and a blank control plot.Periodic sur-veys were conducted on the population dynamics of eggs and pest mites(adult mites,nymphs,and larvae)in each treatment plot.The population reduction rate was calculated to compare the control effects of different measures.[Results]The chemi-cal control effect was the fastest and most significant,with the maximum control efficiency reaching 91%.The biological con-trol effect showed a slowly increasing trend,peaking 20 days after release,with a population reduction rate of 36.8%,which was a highly significant difference(P<0.05)compared with the blank control plot(with a reduction rate of-96%).[Con-clusion]Using predatory mites carrying Beauveria bassiana spores to control harmful mites in apple orchards has a good con-trol effect,but external factors have certain impacts on the control efficacy.
