核桃青皮提取物对苹果腐烂菌抑制作用研究OA
Study on the Inhibitory Effect of Walnut Green Husk Extracts on Valsa mali
[目的]采用不同提取剂提取成熟期的核桃果实青皮,研究核桃青皮提取物对苹果腐烂病病菌的抑菌效果,为废弃核桃青皮资源再利用的抑菌构建提供理论支撑.[方法]以苹果腐烂病为试验材料,分别用不同浓度(25%、50%、75%、100%)的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、甲醇、乙醇为提取液提取成熟期的核桃果实青皮,获得核桃青皮提取物,研究核桃青皮提取物对苹果腐烂病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果.[结果]以甲醇为提取液提取的核桃青皮提取物对苹果腐烂病的抑菌物质的萃取效果最好;核桃青皮中对苹果腐烂病的抑菌物质既有水溶性的也有易于有机溶剂萃取的,且在水和有机溶剂量相等时萃取效果最好.[结论]50%浓度的甲醇提取物提取的核桃青皮提取物对苹果腐烂病的抑制效果最好,其抑制率最高,值为88.7%,EC50值为0.223.
[Objective]Green husks of mature walnuts were extracted using different extractants,and the inhibitory effect of walnut green husk extracts on Valsa mali(the pathogen causing apple valsa canker)was investigated,so as to provide theo-retical support for the development of bacteriostatic agents based on the reuse of waste walnut green husk resources.[Meth-ods]Taking Valsa mali as the test target,the green husks of mature walnuts were extracted with petroleum ether,ethyl ace-tate,methanol and ethanol at different concentrations(25%,50%,75%,100%).The obtained walnut green husk extracts were then used to determine their inhibitory effects on the mycelial growth of Valsa mali.[Results]The extracts obtained u-sing methanol as the extractant showed the best extraction efficiency for the bacteriostatic components against Valsa mali.The bacteriostatic substances in walnut green husks included both water-soluble and organic solvent-soluble compounds,with the optimal extraction effect achieved when the volumes of water and organic solvent were equal.[Conclusion]The walnut green husk extract obtained by 50%methanol exhibited the strongest inhibitory effect on Valsa mali,with the maximum inhibition rate reaching 88.7%and an EC50 value of 0.223.
