基于火电机组能耗特性和电力调峰辅助服务市场规则,以安徽省某660 MW超超临界机组为例,通过性能试验与热力计算对机组深度调峰成本和补偿进行分析计算.结果表明:40%和30%负荷下,供电煤耗率相比有偿调峰基准负荷分别增加11.5 g/(kW·h)和36.6 g/(kW·h),经济性大幅变差,能耗增加导致燃煤成本和碳排放成本上升,但考虑到调峰补偿,机组参与深度调峰总体经济效益可观,在当前调峰强度下进行估算,算例机组参与深度调峰年收益约3 543万元.

Based on the energy consumption characteristics of coal-fired units and the rules of the ancillary services market,the economic analysis of the cost and compensation generated by deep peak shaving for a 660 MW ultra supercritical unit in Anhui Province is conducted through performance tests and thermal calculations.The results shows that the net coal con-sumption rate increases by 11.5 g/(kW·h)and 36.6 g/(kW·h)under 40%and 30%loads compared to the compensated peak shaving benchmark load,leading to a significant dateriora-tion in economic performance.The rise in energy consumption drives up both coal costs and carbon amission.Taking into account peak shaving compensation,the overall economic bene-fits of the units participating in deep peak shaving are considerable.The estimated annual revenue for the example unit participating in deep peak shaving is about 35.43 million yuan under the current peak shaving intensity.
