大型集装箱港区供配电系统关键问题研究OA
Research on Key Issues of Power Supply and Distribution System at Large Container Harbors
大型集装箱港区装卸设备装机容量大、供电可靠性要求高,用电负荷具有间歇性、冲击性及随机功率潮流双向性等特点,安全可靠的供配电系统对保障港区正常运行至关重要.本文以某大型集装箱港区为例,在深入分析各类用电负荷特点及分布的基础上,对供配电设计过程中的几个关键技术问题进行了分析研究,围绕"变电所深入负荷中心、'N-1'准则、接线可靠、配电级数合理"等供配电系统设计原则,提出了一套供电可靠、运行安全、经济合理的系统方案,为大型集装箱港区的供配电设计提供借鉴.
The large container harbors are characterized with huge installing capacity for the loading and unloading equipment,high demand for power supply reliability,the intermittence,impact,and bidirectional random power flow for the electric load.A safe and reliable power supply and distribution system is crucial for port operation.Based on one large container harbor,by deeply analyzing the characteristics and distribution detail of various electric loads,several key technical issues in the system design were discussed.By following such design principles as Substations located close to the load center,'N-1'criterion,Reliable wiring,and Reasonable power distribution stages,a systematic solution was proposed,which ensured reliable power supply,safe operation and economy.The above research may serve as a reference for similar projects.
