桥式抓斗卸船机广泛应用于电厂、冶金、港口等行业的码头,是码头卸船的重要其中设备,本文通过对桥式抓斗卸船机机械差动和电差动四卷筒两种型式的对比,从机械差动四卷筒减速机的内部结构和原理,包括机房的布置和钢丝绳缠绕,延伸到电差动四卷筒的机构原理、机房布置、钢丝绳缠绕及动作逻辑,详细分析了两种型式的四卷筒机构的优缺点,结合实际的工程应用以及在维护使用中遇到的问题提出了两种型式的卸船机不同的控制方法以及控制逻辑的区别.

Bridge-type grab ship unloaders are widely used in the ancillary docks of power plants,metallurgy,ports and other industries,and play an important role in ship unloading.By comparing the mechanical differential four-drum with the electric differential four-drum of bridge-type grab ship unloaders,including the internal structure and principle of the mechanical differential four-drum reducer such as the layout of the machine room and the winding way of steel wire ropes,the mechanism principle,machine room layout,steel wire rope winding and action logic of the electric differential four-drum,their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed in detail.In addition to that,the combination of engineering practice and maintenance issues led to different control methods and the differences in control logic for two types of ship unloaders.
