煤炭翻车机冻煤滞留问题的成因分析与处理技术研究OA
Research on Treatment Technologies and Causes for Frozen Coal Adhering to Car Dumpers
在我国北方冬季煤炭长距离铁路运输及卸载作业中,冻煤滞留于翻车机及车厢内壁的问题普遍存在,是冬季煤炭接卸作业中的高频难题,不仅降低卸车效率,还易引发堵斗、车皮偏载等安全隐患,增加设备损耗及企业运营成本.本文基于翻车机煤炭冻粘现象,结合传统及前沿技术,对冻煤处理技术展开系统性研究,包括变形落料斗及冻煤监测系统构建等创新方向.研究成果可为严寒地区煤炭卸载系统的高效运行提供技术支撑.
During the long-distance railway transportation and the process of coal unloading operation in North China in winter,the frozen coal always adheres to the inner walls of car dumpers and of wagons,which frequently challenges the coal unloading operation in winter,such as the reduction of coal unloading efficiency,hopper blockage,unbalanced freight wagon and other safety hazards.In addition,the wear and tear of equipment leads to higher operation costs.Based on the above issues,a systematic research was carried out for the treatment technologies of frozen coal based on the combination of the traditional and advanced approaches,including such innovations as deformable discharge hoppers and a frozen coal monitoring system.The research findings could technically support the efficient operation of coal unloading systems in severe cold regions.
