散粮多点出库装车系统关键技术浅析OA

本文对散粮从平房仓取料到装车的技术进行了深入研究,提出了由卸料漏斗、卸料溜槽、手电一体闸门、出料皮带机和固定卸料坑、地下廊道组成的多点出库装车系统,实现了多车位同时出库发放作业,外运载重汽车无需入库作业,提高了输运效率、可靠性和安全性,降低了清仓作业量和人员劳动强度,让工人远离高浓度粉尘作业环境,实现了安全出库发放作业,有效控制了散粮粉尘爆炸危险.出仓采用的大角度短距离皮带机有效消除类似项目存在的能耗高、故障率高、破碎率高等问题,为生产管理带来便利,保证了散粮的整体品质.

Based on an in-depth study on the technology of reclaiming bulk grain from flat warehouses and then loading them,a multi-point outbound loading system was proposed,which consisted of an unloading hopper,an unloading chute,an integrated manual/electric-control gate,an outgoing belt conveyor,a fixed unloading pit,and an underground gallery.This system supported the outbound distribution of bulk grain at the same time subject to multiple vehicle positions,the open-air loading of bulk grain by heavy-duty trucks.It improved the transportation efficiency,reliability and safety,reduced the workload involving in the warehouse cleaning operation and the labor intensity,protected the workers away from high-concentrated dust environment,achieved safe outbound distribution operation,and effectively controlled the hazard of bulk grain dust explosion.The use of a large-angle,short-distance belt conveyor effectively eliminated the issues such as high energy consumption,failure rates,and breakage rates existed in similar projects,facilitating the production management and ensuring the overall quality of bulk grain.
