No standards and few industrial research results are available for the construction of smart oil-gas chemical terminals,thus the relevant researches were carried out.By sorting out the relevant national policies covering the smart port construction,investigating the needs of intelligent systems applying to oil-gas chemical terminals and oil farms,referring to the standards for other types of smart terminals,learning the experience in the design of lots of oil-gas chemical terminals,the construction essentials of smart oil-gas chemical terminal were summarized and its systematic architecture was put forward.The application of research results improved the construction quality and promoted the development of of smart oil-gas chemical terminals.
