V元素对4140钢管组织与性能的影响OA
Effect of Element Vanadium on Microstructure and Property of 4140 Steel Tube
分析了V的添加对4140 机械工具管调质热处理后组织结构、析出相类型及分布特征的影响,并测定与对比其拉伸性能和冲击韧性.结果表明:V通过固溶强化和诱导细小碳化钒析出形成钉扎效应,使 4140 机械工具管的奥氏体晶粒在调质过程中得到明显细化,显著提升了组织均匀性;同时钒的添加在保证材料等同强度水平的前提下,细化的晶粒及均匀分布的析出相可有效阻碍裂纹的萌生与扩展,使冲击韧性显著提升.
Analyzed here in the article is the effect of addition of Element V on the post-quenching and tempering treatment microstructure,and type and distribution characteristics of the precipitated phase of the 4140 mechanical tool-purposed tube.The test results show that addition of V causes solution strengthening and induces precipitation of the fine vanadium carbides so as to produce the pinning effect,which gets the austenitic grains of the 4140 mechanical tool-purposed tube obviously refined,which in turn leads to enhancing the microstructure homogeneity;meanwhile,under the precondition that the same strength level is guaranteed,the addition of V,the refined grains and the uniformly distributed precipitated phase can effectively prevent the initiation and propagation of cracks so as to get the impact toughness of the material remarkably enhanced.
