热轧无缝钢管外表面青线的产生与控制研究OA

针对热轧无缝钢管外表面青线缺陷,通过对张力减径工序的轧辊质量、机架装配、孔型配置等因素的分析,探明了青线的产生原因,并针对性地提出改善措施.分析认为,青线的产生主要与管子在张力减径辊面或辊缝处的变形异常有关,张力减径辊性能不足或孔型配置不合理导致的辊面异常磨损、裂纹也会导致青线产生.建议从张力减径辊质量、张力减径机架装配、轧制基准线精度、孔型配置等方面对青线进行控制.

Addressing the outer surface roll trace defect of the hot-rolled seamless steel pipe,the causes are identi-fied by means of analyzing the key factors in the stretch reducing process as may lead to occurrence of the said defect,including roll quality,mill stand assembly,and pass configuration etc.Accordingly relevant countermeasures are worked out.It is revealed via the analysis that the surface roll trace primarily is caused by abnormal deformation of the tube at the stretch reducing roll surface or in the roll gap.Furthermore,inadequate roll performance or improper pass configuration can induce abnormal roll wear and crack,which also contribute to the formation of the surface roll trace.So it is suggested to effectively prevent the occurrence of the said defect via improvements associated with such aspects as stretch reducing roll quality,mill stand assembly accuracy,alignment precision of the rolling center line,and the pass configuration.
