无缝钢管连轧管机轧制过程中,轧制力作为关键参数,识别其变化趋势对于分析轧制效果和预测设备性能具有重要意义.Mann-Kendall法作为一种非参数检验方法,无需样本遵从特定分布,适用于检测时间序列中的突变和趋势变化.提出采用Mann-Kendall法判断轧制力时间序列中是否存在突变,确定突变发生的时间并应用实际生产数据进行验证.结果显示,该方法不仅计算简便,而且可以清晰地判断出轧制力时间序列中的增大或减小趋势以及潜在的突变点,为优化轧制工艺、提高设备稳定性和生产效率提供有力支持.

During the seamless steel tube rolling process with the mandrel mill,the rolling force,as a critical par-ameter,exhibits a variation trend that holds significant importance for analyzing rolling effect and predicting the equipment performance.The Mann-Kendall method as used for the non-parametric statistical test,does not require the sample to follow a specific distribution,and is particularly suitable for detecting abrupt changes and trend variations in time series.It is proposed here in the essay that the Mann-Kendall method can be used to identify potential abrupt changes in the rolling force time series,determine the timing of such changes,and validate the findings via actual production data.The result demonstrates that this method not only offers computational simplicity,but also enables clear identification of incre-asing or decreasing trends and potential abrupt change points in the rolling force time series,thereby providing robust support for optimizing rolling processes,enhancing equipment stability,and improving production efficiency.
