海洋用X65MO钢级直缝埋弧焊管焊接接头强韧性研究OA
Study on Toughness of Welded Joint of X65MO SAWL Pipe for Marine Service
针对某项目对X65MO钢级直缝埋弧焊管的焊缝纵向拉伸和焊接接头冲击韧性提出的特殊要求,试验分析钢管制造工艺的可行性和合理性.通过研究不同焊丝匹配对X65 钢级钢管焊缝纵向拉伸性能的影响规律,揭示出焊缝纵向屈服强度降低至母材屈服强度水平可能导致焊接接头在导向弯曲时开裂,并对钢管综合力学性能产生不利影响;通过母材化学成分设计、焊材杂质元素限定、焊剂碱度控制以及焊接工艺优化等措施解决了海洋用X65MO钢级Φ711 mm×19.1 mm直缝埋弧焊管壁厚中心处的焊缝及焊接热影响区脆化问题,使得该规格钢管 0℃时焊缝和焊接热影响区的夏比冲击吸收能均值分别达到 160 J和 279 J,剪切面积率分别为 63%和91%.
Addresses the special requirements for the longitudinal tensile properties of the weld seam and the impact toughness of the welded joint of the X65MO SAWL pipe as made by a certain project,the feasibility and rationality of the manufacturing process for the said pipe are experimentally analyzed.Based on the study of the regularity associated with the influence by different wire matches on the longitudinal tensile properties of the pipe's weld seam,it is revealed that when the longitudinal yield strength of the weld seam is reduced to the level of that of the base metal,it will probably cause cracking of the welded joint during the guided bending process,which would negatively affect the comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel pipe.Accordingly the embrittlement problem of the weld seam and heat-affected zone(HAZ)at the center of the wall of the Φ711 mm×19.1 mm X65MO SAWL pipe for marine service is solved by means of taking such measures as proper base metal chemical composition design,limitation of the impurity elements in welding materials,proper control of flux alkalinity,and optimization of the welding process,etc.As a result,the average Charpy impact energy values of the weld seam and the HAZ of the said pipe at 0℃reach 160 J and 279 J respectively,while the corresponding shear area ratios are up to 63%and 91%respectively.
