Control of"Solidification-direct Piercing-online-cooling Control"Integrated Microstructure and Low-carbon Emission Reduction
针对传统无缝钢管生产过程中多次加热、能耗高、碳排放强度大的突出问题,提出并系统阐述了一种"凝固—直接穿孔—在线控冷"一体化组织性能调控技术.该技术体系集成连铸末端电磁旋流调控、铸坯保温直轧以及在线控轧控冷等关键工艺,摒弃高能耗环形加热炉和多次离线热处理工序,实现连铸坯至无缝钢管的短流程、高效率生产.结合全废钢资源高效利用,提出了兼具高韧性与低排放特征的钢管生产新路径,可为建筑钢结构、商用车轻量化等领域提供低成本、高性能材料支撑.该一体化技术体系的推广应用,有望推动无缝钢管行业向低碳减排与质量效率协同提升的新型工业化模式转型,为钢铁行业绿色可持续发展提供关键技术支撑.
Addressing the prominent problems as in the conventional production process of seamless steel tube,incl-uding multi heating,high energy consumption and high carbon emission intensity,the performance control technology for the"solidification-direct piercing-online-cooling control"integrated organization is proposed and elaborated here in the article.The said technological system gets all the relevant key processes integrated,including control of the continuous casting end electromagnetic stirring vortex control,hot-chargeing and direct rolling and online TMCP(thermo-mecha-nical control process),etc.,and meanwhile abandons such operation steps like high energy consumption circular heating furnace and multiple off-line heat treatments,resulting in the CC billet to seamless steel tube mini flow and high efficiency production.Based on the high efficient utilization of all scrap steel resources,a new path of steel tube production featuring both high toughness and low emission is put forward,being worth providing low cost and high performance materials support for lightweight of such fields as the construction steel structure and commercial vehicle productions.Owing to the spreading up and application of the above mentioned integration technological system,it is expected to promote the seamless tube industry's transformation to the new industrialization mode with low-carbon emission and quality efficiency enhanced coordinately so as to provide key technical support for green and sustainable development of the steel industry.
