覆盖型岩溶发育区灌注桩施工案例分析OA

覆盖型岩溶发育区基岩面起伏大、岩溶发育情况复杂,灌注桩施工过程中将会遇到塌孔、漏浆、偏孔、卡钻、混凝土流失等问题.本文以某500 kV输电线路长江大跨越铁塔基础灌注桩施工为例,根据岩溶发育情况提出适用于灌注桩施工的岩溶分级处理方法,包括直接旋挖成孔法、注浆预加固法、高压旋喷预加固法、桩孔内注浆法等,并辅以增加混凝土超灌高度的措施,最终取得良好效果,可为后期同类工程提供借鉴参考.

The bedrock surface in the covered karst development area is undulating and the karst development is complicated.During the construction process of cast-in-place piles,problems such as hole collapse,leakage,deviation,drilling jamming,and concrete loss will be encountered,resulting in great difficulty in the construction of cast-in-place piles.The construction technology of cast-in-place piles in covered karst areas has always been a popular research topic.This article takes the construction of foundation piles for a 500 kV transmission line spanning the Yangtze River as an example,and proposes a karst grading treatment method suitable for cast-in-place piles construction based on karst development,including direct rotary drilling method,grouting pre reinforcement method,high pressure jet grouting pre reinforcement method,and pile hole grouting method.The final results have achieved good results and can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
