Application and Case Analysis of Subsidence Monitoring Technology in Substations
针对某750 kV变电站66 kV设备区设备基础长期运行中出现的沉降隐患,基于全站仪三角高程测量技术及JGJ 8-2016《建筑变形测量规范》技术要求,系统构建沉降监测网络:依托9个高稳定性基准点与204个精密布设的监测点,采用闭合环观测路线设计及间接平差算法实现多期监测数据的精准解算;通过Surfer软件进行空间建模与多维度解析,生成等值线图、晕渲图等,量化表征场地沉降的空间异质性特征,对变电站场地及设备基础进行系统性沉降监测与分析,明确沉降高风险区域,为变电站全寿命周期安全运维提供科学决策依据,其相关技术框架对特高压输变电工程沉降防控具有范式参考价值.
Focuses on the settlement hazards in the equipment foundations of the 66 kV equipment area at a 750 kV substation,which have emerged during long-term operation.Based on the trigonometric leveling measurement technology of total station and the technical requirements of the"Code for Deformation Measurement of Buildings",a systematic settlement monitoring network was established:relying on 9 highly stable reference points and 204 precisely arranged monitoring points,a closed-loop observation route design and indirect adjustment algorithm were adopted to accurately calculate multi-period monitoring data;through Surfer software,spatial modeling and multi-dimensional analysis were conducted,generating contour maps,shaded relief maps,etc.,quantitatively characterizing the spatial heterogeneity of the site settlement.A systematic settlement monitoring and analysis of the substation site and equipment foundation was carried out,identifying high-risk settlement areas,providing a scientific decision-making basis for the safe operation and maintenance of the substation throughout its life cycle.The related technical framework has reference value for the settlement prevention and control of ultra-high voltage transmission and transformation projects.
