Key Design Technical Parameters of 10 kV New Line Arrester Connection Type
为实现线路避雷器的带电拆换,本研究设计了一种基于磁吸力的电气连接方式,仿真计算了金属连接线在短路电流冲击和雷电流冲击下的温升和电动力,给出了连接线截面积和磁吸插头磁吸力的选择.温升仿真表明:极限条件下的短路电流会使连接线的温升急剧升高,选择截面积为25 mm2及以上的连接线能耐受短路电流的冲击,而雷电流冲击不会使连接线发生烧蚀,4/10 μs、65 kA雷电流作用下的最大温升为2.26℃,100 kA雷电流作用下的最大温升为5.35 ℃.电动力仿真表明:连接线受到的电动力与与短路电流的平方呈正相关,电动力的分布具有二倍频特性,短路电流下最大等效电动力为152.5 N.最大短路电流作用且考虑连接线的重力,磁吸力必须大于152.95 N才可保证连接线的动稳定性.雷电流冲击产生的巨大电动力会使磁吸插头短暂分离,但很快又会在磁吸力的作用下恢复贴合.
An electrical connection type based on magnetic force is designed to achieve live replacement of line arresters.The temperature rise and electrodynamic force of the metal connecting conductor under short-circuit current and lightning current impacts are simulated and calculated,and the selection of the cross-sectional area of the connecting conductor and the magnetic force of the magnetic plug is given.The temperature rise simulation shows that the short-circuit current under extreme conditions will cause a sharp increase in the temperature rise of the connecting conductor.Choosing the connecting conductor with a cross-sectional area of 25 mm2 or more can withstand the impact of the short-circuit current,while lightning current impact will not cause the connecting conductor to ablate.The maximum tempera-ture rise under the action of 65 kA lightning current is 2.26 ℃,and the maximum temperature rise under the action of 100 kA lightning current is 5.35 ℃.The simulation of electrodynamic power shows that the electrodynamic power received by the connecting line is positively correlated with the square of the short-circuit current,and the distribution of electrodynamic force has a double frequency characteristic.The maximum equivalent electrodynamic force under short-circuit current is 152.5 N.Considering the maximum short-circuit current and the gravity of the connecting conductor,the magnetic force must be greater than 152.95 N to ensure the dynamic stability of the connecting conductor.The huge electrody-namic force generated by lightning current impact will cause the magnetic plug to briefly detach,but it will quickly restore suction under the action of magnetic force.
