针对信号浪涌保护器(SPD)开发中印制电路板(PCB)基材选择、铜箔厚度设置、退耦电阻类型选择和阻值确定问题,通过理论推导和试验测试结合,采用组合波冲击试验平台和网络分析仪,对不同PCB基材、铜箔厚度、不同类型退耦电阻及阻值对信号SPD性能影响进行研究.结果表明:PCB基材介质损耗和介电常数越低,截止频率越高.随着PCB铜箔厚度增加,C2组合波冲击下信号SPD残压呈现下降趋势.当铜箔厚度达到3.5oz后继续增加,残压下降有限.绕线电阻具有相对较大电感,导致信号SPD截止频率降低.利用退耦电阻新计算公式求解电阻值,并代入试验残压和分流配比验证,结果证明新计算公式有效.

In view of the selection of PCB's substrate and copper foil thickness,determination of decou-pling resistor types and values during the development of SPD,the combination of theoretical derivation and experimental testing were conducted using the combination wave platform and network analyzer.The results show that the lower the dielectric loss and permittivity of PCB's substrate,the higher the cut-off frequency.With the increase of PCB's copper foil thickness,the residual voltage of signal SPD under C2 combination wave impact shows a downward trend.When the copper foil thickness reached 3.5oz,it con-tinued to increase,and the residual voltage decreased to a limited extent.The winding resistor has a lar-ger inductance,resulting in a decrease in the signal SPD cut-off frequency.The new calculation formu-la of decoupling resistance is used to calculate the resistance value and is substituted into the test residual voltage and shunt ratio to verify.The results show that the new calculation formula is effective.
