超高压交流输电线路对埋地油气管道电磁干扰分析及防护措施OA
Electromagnetic Interference from EHV AC Transmission Lines on Buried Oil and Gas Pipelines and Protective Measures
为评估广东一条500 kV超高压交流输电线路对邻近埋地油气管道电磁的干扰影响,本研究以CDEGS软件为基础,构建一条由输电线路和埋地油气管道交叉并行的输电线路模型,模拟分析了稳态和故障两种状态下的管道干扰情况.通过收集管道、输电线路参数及环境数据,结合国内外标准,提出了管道交流干扰的安全评估方法.研究表明:稳态运行时,管道最大干扰电压达到69.27 V,交流电流密度为260.45 A/m2,超出安全限值;在故障状态下,管道接触电压峰值达到2 628.75 V,涂层电压峰值达到2 628.57 V,存在人身安全隐患.针对干扰超标问题,提出了敷设6 200 m锌带结合固态去耦合器的防护方案,将干扰电压降至7.18 V,电流密度降至26.11 A/m2,满足标准要求.该研究为规划和保护特高压输电线和输油气管线并行项目提供了技术借鉴.
The author assessed the electromagnetic interference caused by 500 kV EHV AC transmission lines on nearby buried oil and gas pipelines.A cross-parallel model of the transmission lines and the Guangdong Natural Gas Pipeline Phase Ⅰ project was created using CDEGS software,followed by steady-state and transient interference simulations.By collecting pipeline parameters,transmission line parame-ters,and environmental data,combined with domestic and international standards,a safety assessment method for pipeline AC interference was proposed.The results indicate that during steady-state opera-tion,the maximum interference voltage on the pipeline reached 69.27 V,accompanied by an AC current density of 260.45 A/m2,both of which surpass safety limits.Under fault conditions,the peak contact voltage on the pipeline reached 2 628.75 V,and the coating voltage peaked at 2 628.57 V,posing risks to personnel safety.To address the excessive interference,a mitigation scheme involving the laying of 6 200 m zinc strips combined with solid-state decouplers was proposed,reducing the interference voltage to 7.18 V and the current density to 26.11 A/m2,meeting standard requirements.Technical references are included regarding the planning and protection of parallel projects that include UHV transmission lines,as well as the use of oil and gas pipelines.
