Fault Line Detection for Neutral Un-Effectual Grounded System Based on Zero-Sequence Voltage of Additional Inductor

小电流接地系统,尤其是中性点经消弧线圈接地系统的故障选线,因零序电流幅值小,其成功率难以保证;基于外加信号的选线方案易受过渡电阻的影响.针对上述问题,提出一种应用附加电感器的小电流接地系统的故障选线策略.通过在线路发生单相接地故障后,依次投入各条线路的附加电感,根据母线处零序电压的变化,利用循环判定的方式,确定故障线路,实现故障选线.理论推导和基于PSCAD/EMTDC的仿真验证表明,所提选线策略仅需采集零序电压,对测量要求较低,能够在系统不同接地方式下准确、可靠确定故障线路,且耐受渡电阻能力较强.

Because of the small magnitude of zero sequence current,success rate of the fault line selection for a neutral un-effectual grounded system,especially for arc suppression coil grounding system,cannot be guaranteed.Furthermore,fault line selection based on applied signals are vulnerable to transition re-sistance.To solve the abovementioned problems,a fault line selection strategy for neutral un-effectual grounded system based on zero-sequence voltage of additional inductor is proposed.By putting in the additional inductor of each line in turn after a single-phase to ground fault occurs on the line,the fault line is determined according to the change of zero-sequence voltage at the busbar,using a cyclic deter-mination method,and fault line detection is realized.The theoretical derivation and the simulation based on PSCAD/EMTDC show that the proposed line selection strategy only needs to collect the zero-se-quence voltage,which requires low measurement accuracy and can accurately and reliably determine the fault line under different grounding modes of the system,and is less affected by the transition resistance.
