数智技术赋能高校思政引领力建设:价值向度、现实挑战及实现路径OA

In the era characterized by deep integration of digitalization and intelligence,digital-intelligent technologies provide new momentum for upholding fundamental principles while breaking new ground in the ideological and political leadership in universities.Its value dimensions are mainly manifested in:anchoring the leading direction through precise positioning;stimulating resonance in leading discourse through the transformation of dynamics;achieving boundless extension of leading radius through field expansion;and enabling precise regulation of leading efficacy through effectiveness enhancement.However,practical challenges also exist,primarily including prominent data barriers hindering the implementation of precise ideological and political education and impeding the formation of a collaborative education force;the alienation of technology application overstepping the essence of education,leading to the weakening of value guidance;insufficient digital-intelligent literacy affecting the effectiveness of ideological and political discourse,inducing risks of ethical misconduct;and an inadequate evaluation system making it difficult to measure leading effectiveness,resulting in a lack of basis for optimization.To effectively address these challenges,it is necessary to build a smart core for ideological and political leadership,establishing a systematic leading foundation characterized by"data-driven,collaborative linkage";innovate human-machine collaboration models for value guidance,deepening a profound leading paradigm of"technology-enabled enchantment,education-forged soul";implement a training plan to hone the digital-intelligent literacy of leaders,forging a high-quality leading team adept at"using tools skillfully while upholding ethics";and construct an evidence-based governance system for leading efficacy,forming a scientific leading mechanism for"precise evaluation and continuous optimization."Thereby,the ideological and political leadership of universities can be comprehensively enhanced,injecting strong momentum into the construction of an education powerhouse.
