低空经济赋能乡村振兴的理论逻辑、现实困囿与破解路径OA

Against the backdrop of the new era,the low-altitude economy is an important engine driving national economic growth.From the perspective of the driving logic of low-altitude economy empowering rural revitalization,five core elements under the low-altitude economy can enable rural revitalization to achieve the goals of industrial prosperity,talent development,conceptual renewal,institutional improvement,and cultural enrichment in rural areas.From the supply-demand logic,the low-altitude economy can provide employment opportunities for farmers,reduce agricultural operation costs,and improve the quality of rural people's livelihood through creating new jobs,lowering agricultural costs,and optimizing public services,thereby promoting rural revitalization.From the directional logic,the low-altitude-related policies issued by the State have pointed out the development direction for the continuous integration of the low-altitude economy into rural areas.Currently,problems such as obstacles to the in-depth integration of the low-altitude economy into the rural environment,the rural low-altitude airspace management mechanism to be improved,the relatively insufficient supply of rural low-altitude digital talents,and the immature commercial scale of the rural low-altitude economy have seriously hindered the enabling effect of the low-altitude economy on rural revitalization.In response to these issues,countermeasures are proposed from four aspects of technical elements,institutional supervision,talent supply,and commercial development,including promoting the in-depth integration of the low-altitude economy with the rural environment,improving the institutional adaptation framework for rural low-altitude airspace,constructing a talent think tank for the rural low-altitude economy,and releasing the market consumption potential of the rural low-altitude economy,so as to better realize the enabling role of the low-altitude economy in rural revitalization.
