新乡贤嵌入乡村治理的生成逻辑、现实困境与路径选择OA

The construction of a community governance model characteristic of"we build,we govern and we share"is an important way to promote rural comprehensive revitalization and national governance modernization.New rural sages are new governance forces with great concern.The theory of"engagement"provides a fully new analytical framework for examining the engagement of new rural sages in rural governance.It is pointed out that their participation cannot only be detached from the society but also has to be integrated into their own social relations.However,new rural sages are confronted with role,resource,and cultural dilemmas in their engagement in rural governance.To this end,it is necessary to improve the institutional system and clarify the role of new rural sages through a dual-track approach;to build a multifaceted collaboration mechanism to enhance the effectiveness of resource integration;to optimize the power structure and promote a collaborative governance pattern;and to strengthen their cultural identity and promote its integration and localization.
