近年来,建筑安全事故频发,给生命财产安全带来重大损失.为实时、精准、高效地监测建筑物墙体倾斜状况,预防建筑事故发生,本文采用三维激光扫描技术联合无线倾角传感器对建筑墙体实施倾斜监测.首先,在建筑墙体安装无线倾角传感器并实时采集、上传墙体倾斜数据;其次,通过三维激光外业扫描、激光点云数据处理、墙体倾斜计算等步骤获取墙体倾斜信息;最后,联合两种方式,实现墙体实时、精准和全面监测.实验结果表明,无线倾角传感器和三维激光扫描的测量精度分别为0.42 mm和0.46 mm,可有效反映墙体倾斜变化趋势,且融合两种数据可实现墙体倾斜实时监测和预警、墙体全面覆盖并压缩监测成本,能够为建筑安全提供有效保障,在建筑倾斜监测领域具有良好的应用前景和推广价值.

Frequent construction safety accidents have caused significant losses to life and property safety in recent years.In order to accurately and efficiently monitor the tilt of walls in real time and prevent construction accidents,three-dimensional(3D)laser scanning technology combined with a wireless tilt sensor was used to monitor the tilt of walls in this paper.Firstly,the wireless tilt sensor was installed on the wall,and then the wall's tilt data were collected and uploaded.Secondly,the wall's tilt data information was obtained through steps such as 3D laser field scanning,laser point cloud data processing,and wall tilt calculation.Finally,by combining the two methods,real-time,accurate,and comprehensive monitoring of the wall could be achieved.The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of the wireless tilt sensor and 3D laser scanning technology reaches 0.42 mm and 0.46 mm,respectively,and both methods can effectively reflect the trend of the wall's tilt changes.Integrating two types of data can achieve real-time monitoring and warning and comprehensive wall monitoring,reducing monitoring costs.The building safety can be effectively guaranteed,and this method has good applica-tion prospects and promotion value in the field of building tilt monitoring.
