前扣带皮层介导针灸调神治疗肠易激综合征的作用机制研究OA
The Mechanism of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Regulating the"Spirit"through the Anterior Cingulate Cortex in the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome
肠易激综合征(Irritable Bowel Syndrome,IBS)是心身共患的功能性肠道疾病,其临床表现以腹痛、腹胀、大便频次及性状改变为特征.IBS与焦虑、抑郁等心理疾病具有高共患病率,内脏高敏感诱发的慢性腹痛是IBS患者合并心理障碍的重要原因.前扣带皮层(Anterior Cingulate Cortex,ACC)是人体调控内脏敏感性、疼痛、情绪的关键脑区,与IBS发病密切相关.中医学认为肝郁脾虚是IBS的基本病机,脑神失调是关键.ACC位于脑中枢且功能类属中医"脑神",因此本文从"神"的角度出发,论述ACC与"神"之间的关联,进一步探讨针灸调神治疗IBS的作用机制,以期为临床治疗IBS提供参考.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS)is a psychosomatic functional intestinal disorder,characterized by abdominal pain,abdominal distension,and changes in bowel frequency and stool consistency.IBS has a high comorbidity rate with psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression,and chronic abdominal pain induced by visceral hypersensitivity is an important cause of psychological disorders in IBS patients.The Anterior Cingulate Cortex(ACC)is a key brain region that regulates visceral sensitivity,pain,and emotion in the human body,and is closely related to the pathogenesis of IBS.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)believes that liver depression and spleen deficiency are the basic pathogenesis of IBS,and brain-spirit imbalance is the key.ACC is located in the brain center and functionally belongs to the"brain spirit"in TCM.Therefore,this article discusses the relationship between ACC and"spirit"from the perspective of"spirit",further explores the mechanism by which acupuncture and moxibustion regulates the spirit to treat IBS,and aims to provide a reference for clinical treatment of IBS.
