甘曲湿地底泥氮磷含量垂向分布特征及与水环境因子相关性研究OA
Vertical Distribution Characteristics of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Contents in the Sediment of Ganqu Wetland and Correlation with Water Environment Factors
于2024年对湿地水环境理化因子和不同深度底泥氮磷含量进行测定分析,并运用多元统计分析甘曲湿地不同深度底泥氮磷含量垂向分布特征及与水环境因子的相关性.结果表明:甘曲湿地0~20 cm底泥随着深度的增加,硝态氮含量呈现显著下降趋势,氨氮和总氮含量无显著差异,总磷含量呈现显著增加趋势.甘曲湿地底泥氮磷含量与水体氧化还原电位、总氮、总磷等理化因子存在相关关系.
The physical and chemical factors of the wetland water environment and nitrogen and phosphorus contents in the sediment at differ-ent depths were measured and analyzed in 2024.Multivariate statistical analysis was applied to characterize the vertical distribution of nitrogen and phosphorus contents in the sediment at different depths in Ganqu Wetland and the correlation with the water environment factors.The results showed that as the depth of the 0-20 cm sediment in Ganqu wetland increased,the nitrate nitrogen content showed a decreasing trend,there was no significant difference in ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen content,the total phosphorus content showed an increasing trend.There was a correlation between the nitrogen and phosphorus content in the sediment of Ganqu wetland and physical and chemical factors such as water redox potential,total nitrogen and total phosphorus.
