基于主成分分析的15个早中熟转基因抗虫棉品种的综合评价OA
Comprehensive Evaluation of 15 Early to Mid Maturity Transgenic Insect Resistant Cotton Varieties Based on Principal Component Analysis
为筛选出适宜在新疆生产建设兵团第三师棉区种植的优质棉品种,对2024年在第三师图木舒克市种植的15 个早中熟转基因抗虫棉组试验材料的农艺性状、产量进行方差分析、相关性分析和主成分分析.籽棉产量排名前3 的是QXZZ2、QXZZ4、QXZZ5,皮棉产量排名前3的是QXZZ2、QXZZ6、QXZZ10.相关性分析结果表明,单铃重、衣分与棉花产量呈正相关关系,株高与单株铃数、第一果枝节位呈显著正相关关系;主成分分析共提取了4个主成分,累积贡献率达到87.567%,可代表11个性状的大部分信息.主成分分析排名前3的品种为QXZZ14、QXZZ11、QXZZ5.
In order to screen high-quality cotton varieties suitable for planting in the cotton area of the Third Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,variance analysis,correlation analysis,and principal component analysis were conducted on the agronomic traits and yields of 15 experimental materials of early to mid maturity transgenic insect resistant cotton in Tumushuke City of the Third Division in 2024.The top three in terms of seed cotton yield were QXZZ2,QXZZ4,and QXZZ5,while the top three in terms of lint cotton yield were QXZZ2,QXZZ6,and QXZZ10.The correlation analysis results showed that single bell weight and lint percentage were positively correlated with cotton yield,while plant height was significantly positively correlated with the number of bells per plant and the position of the first fruit branch.Prin-cipal component analysis extracted a total of four principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 87.567%,which can represent most of the information of the 11 traits.The top three varieties in principal component analysis were QXZZ14,QXZZ11,and QXZZ5.
