基于Neo4j图数据库的《卢氏药物配合阐述》知识图谱构建与应用探析OA
Knowledge graph construction and application analysis of Elaboration of LU's Drug Compatibility based on Neo4j graph database
目的:对《卢氏药物配合阐述》记载的药物及药物组合的相关信息进行数字化及结构化的处理与分析,采用Neo4j图数据库技术构建卢氏用药经验知识图谱,总结其独特用药思维,以促进其临证用药经验的传承及创新.方法:以人工标引的方式提取《卢氏药物配合阐述》的14种中医实体及14种实体关系,形成结构化的三元组数据.然后采用Python将三元组数据批量导入Neo4j以构建知识图谱,实现卢氏用药经验的多维度组织、数字化存储及可视化展示.结果:构建包含4 966个节点和7 380条关系的卢氏用药经验知识图谱,并通过Cypher语言实现知识的检索查询及临床用药推荐.结论:卢氏用药经验知识图谱以形象的层次化网络直观展示其独特的用药经验,清晰表达其推崇心肾既济、注重脾胃和调及倡导脾肾并茂的学术思想.该图谱以结构化的形式再现卢氏独特的药物运用模式,有助于卢氏临证经验与学术思想的可视化展现及智能化传承.
Objective:Through digitizing and structuring the information on drugs and drug combinations recorded in Elab-oration of LU's Drug Compatibility,this study constructed a knowledge graph of LU's medicinal experience using Neo4j graph database technology.This study aimed to summarize LU's unique medication thinking,thereby promoting the inheritance and in-novation of their clinical medication experience.Methods:By manually tagging,14 types of traditional Chinese medicine entities and 14 types of entity relationships from Elaboration of LU's Drug Compatibility were extracted to form structured triple data.Then,Python was used to batch import triple data into Neo4j to construct a knowledge graph,achieving multidimensional organi-zation,digital storage,and visual display of LU's medication experience.Results:A knowledge graph of LU's medication expe-rience containing 4966 nodes and 7380 relationships was constructed.Knowledge retrieval and clinical medication recommenda-tions were implemented through the Cypher language.Conclusion:The knowledge graph of LU's medication experience visually displays their unique medication experience in a hierarchical network,clearly expressing their academic thoughts that advocate the mutual benefit of heart and kidney,focus on the harmony and adjustment of the spleen and stomach,and promote the prosperity of both spleen and kidney.The graph represents LU's unique drug application patterns in a structured form,which will help visualize and intelligently inherit LU's clinical experience and academic thoughts.
