[目的]依托现代信息技术,聚焦林草资源调查监测核心需求,构建基于内外业协同设计的智慧林草调查监测平台,为林草资源信息的采集、处理、存储、分析和应用提供全流程通用技术支撑,形成覆盖监测业务全链条的标准化技术体系.[方法]融合新一代信息技术,重构业务流程体系,采用模块化架构和模板化配置技术,基于端到端业务设计,探索构建内外业协同的智慧林草调查监测平台,实现前端数据采集、内业数据处理、资源服务共享的闭环应用生态.[结果]平台普适性好,支持任意调查监测项目的个性化模板配置,包括多源数据库架构设计、地图分类渲染规则、数据质量检查方案、高质量地图制图和复杂报表统计分析的动态按需配置.平台可广泛应用于各类林草调查监测业务,能够解决传统调查模式下不同技术标准要求导致的各类系统重复建设、数据分散监管、耦合度低、更新时效性差和共享分析应用滞后等难题,是对传统林草调查工作模式的系统性升级和思路革新.[结论]基于内外业协同设计的智慧林草调查监测平台,能够为各类林草资源调查工作提供通用化技术支撑,显著提升软件复用率、降低调查成本,对常规林草资源监测业务具有重要的实践指导意义,可有效推动行业作业的规范化和高效化发展.

[Objectives]Leveraging modern information technologies and focusing on the core needs of forest-grassland resource survey and monitoring,this study proposed the construction of an intelligent forest-grassland survey and monitoring platform based on field-office collaborative design.The platform aimed to provide comprehensive,universal technical support for the entire process of collecting,processing,storing,analyzing,and applying forest-grassland resource information,thereby establishing a standardized technical system covering the full chain of monitoring businesses.[Methods]By integrating new-generation information technologies,restructuring the business process system,an intelligent forest-grassland survey and monitoring platform featuring field-office collaboration was developed.The platform adopted a modular architecture and template-based configuration technology,employing an end-to-end business design approach.It created a closed-loop application ecosystem that integrated front-end data collection,office-based data processing,and resources service sharing.[Results]The platform demonstrated high universality,supporting template dynamic on-demand configuration for any survey and monitoring project,including multi-source database architecture design,map classification rendering rules,data quality inspection schemes,high-quality cartography,and complex reports statistical and analysis.It could be widely applied to various types of forest and grassland survey and monitoring businesses,and effectively addressed the problems existing in traditional survey models,such as repeated construction of systems,decentralized data supervision,low coupling degree,poor update timeliness,and lagging data sharing,analysis and application,caused by different technical standard requirements.It represented a systematic upgrade and a conceptual innovation for the traditional forestr-grassland survey workflow.[Conclusions]The intelligent forest-grassland survey and monitoring platform based on field-office collaborative design could provide universal technical support for various forest-grassland resource surveys.It significantly improved software reusability,reduced survey costs,and held important practical guiding significance for conventional forest-grassland resource monitoring,and effectively promoted the standardization and efficient development of industry operations.
