Research progress on lactate and lactylation modification in skin wound healing
创面愈合涉及止血期、炎症期、增殖期与重塑期等多个阶段.传统研究证实乳酸能通过调节免疫反应和促进细胞增殖加速修复,而最新研究揭示了其表观遗传调控功能,即通过乳酸化修饰激活关键基因表达,协同代谢重编程共同优化修复过程.本文聚焦乳酸和乳酸化修饰在创面愈合过程中的动态调控机制,探讨其通过代谢重编程和表观遗传促进组织修复的潜力,为开发靶向代谢及表观遗传网络的治疗策略提供新视角.
Wound healing involves multiple stages,including hemostasis,inflammation,proliferation,and remodeling.Previous studies have confirmed that lactate accelerates wound repair by regulating immune responses and promoting cell proliferation,while recent research has revealed its roles in activating key gene expression through lactylation(an epigenetic modification)and synergistically opti-mizing wound repair via metabolic reprogramming.This article focuses on the mechanisms underlying the regulatory functions of lactate and lactylation in the wound-healing process,exploring their potential to promote tissue repair through metabolic reprogramming and epi-genetic modification,and provides a new perspective for developing therapeutic strategies targeted at metabolic-epigenetic networks.
