Research Progress on The Correlation Between Meal Portioning and Chronic Diseases
目的:在现代社会,随着经济的发展和生活方式的变化,慢性疾病已成为全球健康的主要威胁.不健康的饮食习惯是慢性疾病发生的关键因素.为预防和控制慢性疾病,宣传和推广以分餐制为特点的更健康的饮食习惯.方法:通过分析分餐制的原理和实践,评估其通过调节饮食结构和进食量对预防和管理慢性疾病方面的潜在益处,并探讨分餐制在不同文化和社会背景下的适用性,以及如何在日常生活中实施分餐制以促进健康.结果:分餐制可通过饮食调控和个性化营养等方式,帮助患者更好地管理自己的饮食和疾病,改善生活质量.结论:提出关于分餐制未来研究和推广的建议,以帮助更多的人认识到分餐制在预防和控制慢性疾病方面的潜在价值.
[Objective]In modern society,with economic development and changes in lifestyle,chronic diseases have become a major threat to global health.Unhealthy eating habits are a key factor in the development of chronic diseases.To prevent and control chronic diseases,healthier eating habits characterized by meal portioning are publicized and promoted.[Method]By analyzing the rationale and practice of meal portioning,we assessed its potential benefits in the prevention and management of chronic diseases by modifying dietary structure and intake,and explored the applicability of meal portioning in different cultural and social contexts and how it can be implemented in daily life to promote health.[Result]Meal portioning may help patients better manage their diets and diseases and improve their quality of life through dietary modification and personalized nutrition.[Conclusion]Recommendations for future research and dissemination of meal portioning are presented to help more people recognize the potential value of meal portioning in the prevention and management of chronic diseases.
