Dietary Fiber from Soybean and Its Effect on Intestinal Health

目的:探究作为大豆来源的膳食纤维的种类、含量及特性,以及大豆及豆奶膳食纤维对肠道菌群的影响.方法:以大豆膳食纤维、豆奶(豆浆)、肠道菌群为检索词在中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed和Web of Science等数据库进行相关文献的搜索并归纳整理.结果:大豆膳食纤维及其制品能够有效改善肠道功能,其种类、含量及特性研究明确.结论:大豆源膳食纤维对人体的健康特别是在肠道菌群健康方面的影响意义重大.本综述为今后进一步发掘利用该营养素提供科学依据和参考.

[Objective]To investigate the types,contents and characteristics of dietary fiber from soybean and the effects of dietary fiber from soybean and soy milk on intestinal flora.[Method]Using soybean dietary fiber,soybean milk and intestinal flora as search terms,relevant literatures were searched and summarized in CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP database,PubMed and Web of Science.[Result]Soybean dietary fiber and its products can effectively improve intestinal function,and its type,content and characteristics are clearly studied.[Conclu-sion]Dietary fiber from soybean has significant effects on human health,especially on intestinal flora health.This review provides scientific basis and reference for further exploration and utilization of this nutrient.
