基于"通督滋阳"理论探讨夹脊电针调控脊髓损伤"铁死亡-炎症反应"机制研究OA
Mechanisms of Jiaji EA Regulating Ferroptosis and Inflammatory Responses in Spinal Cord Injury Based on'Tongdu Ziyang'Theory
夹脊电针可通过干预脊髓损伤后受损区域神经细胞自噬、氧化应激、焦亡与炎性反应等机制促进运动功能恢复,诸多研究表明夹脊电针具体通过调控铁死亡Xc-/GPX4通路,使局部铁死亡相关因子GSH、GPX4表达升高,抑制神经元死亡,保护神经元存活,并且影响HMGB1的含量从而抑制NLRP3炎症小体活化.该机制与中医"通督滋阳"治疗人体阴阳不和的理论相契合,夹脊电针取穴选择督脉及膀胱经相关腧穴,可通过调动一身之阳气促进疾病康复.随着对电针治疗脊髓损伤理论基础的深入研究,将"通督滋阳"理论从分子生物学角度进行阐释,进而验证电针治疗脊髓损伤的多靶点性.
Jiaji electro-acupuncture(EA)can promote motor function recovery after spinal cord injury by modulating mechanisms such as neuronal autophagy,oxidative stress,ferroptosis,and inflammatory responses in the damaged area.Studies have shown that Jiaji EA specifically regulates the ferroptosis Xc-/GPX4 pathway,increasing the expression of ferroptosis-related factors GSH and GPX4,thereby inhibiting neuronal death and protecting neuron survival.Additionally,it affects HMGB1 levels,suppressing activation of NLRP3 inflammasome.This mechanism aligns with TCM theory of'Tongdu Ziyang',which emphasizes harmonizing Yin and Yang.Acupoint selection along Du meridian and Bladder meridian can mobilize Yang energy throughout the body to facilitate recovery.With further research into the theoretical basis of EA for spinal cord injury,molecular biology studies are increasingly validating its multi-target effects,providing a modern medical interpretation of'Tongdu Ziyang'theory.
