澳门地区水浸灾害仿真推演与防控效果分析OA
Simulation deduction,prevention and control effectiveness analysis of waterlogging disasters in Macao
气候变化背景下,滨海城市受潮位顶托、高度城镇化和高人口密度等因素叠加影响,水浸灾害频发,显现出水浸灾害防控能力不足、决策分析智能化程度较低等问题,开展滨海城市水浸灾害仿真推演研究具有重要现实意义.本文以澳门地区为研究对象,构建了滨海城市水浸灾害仿真推演系统,开展了重点工程防控效果的仿真推演分析.该系统具有城市水浸灾害模拟、三维视景推演等功能,通过了"天鸽"台风历史水浸灾害事件的系列测试验证,具有较高的模拟精度和三维可视化呈现能力.对新建挡潮闸、加高围堤等重点工程防控效果的仿真推演分析表明:挡潮闸的修建有效阻挡了闸外潮水,可显著减少澳门半岛西侧水浸灾害的影响,但澳门半岛东北侧部分区域仍然存在水浸现象;在修建挡潮闸的基础上,加高澳门半岛重点区域围堤后,澳门半岛东北部区域仅有零星的积水,最大积水深度不足10 cm.修建挡潮闸、加高围堤的组合,能有效防控澳门半岛水浸灾害风险.本研究可为滨海城市水浸灾害预防、应对和缓解提供科学化、系统化、可视化的仿真平台,能够为滨海城市水浸灾害科学管控提供参考和借鉴.
Against the backdrop of climate change,influenced by factors such as tidal backwater,rapid urbanization and high population density,coastal cities are plagued by frequent waterlogging disasters and show the problems of inadequate prevention and control capacity of waterlogging disasters and low intelligence level of decision-making analysis.Therefore,carrying out research on the simulation deduction of waterlogging disasters in coastal cities is of practical significance.By taking Macao as the research object,this study constructs a simulation deduction system for waterlogging disasters in coastal cities and carries out simulation deduction analysis on the prevention and control effectiveness of key projects.This system features functions such as urban waterlogging disaster simulation and 3D visual scenario deduction.By conducting a series of tests and validations based on historical waterlogging disaster events from Typhoon Hato,the system demonstrates high simulation accuracy and robust 3D visualization capabilities.Simulation deduction analysis of the prevention and control effectiveness of key projects including new tidal barrages and raised embankments reveals that while the construction of tidal barrages effectively blocks external tidal water and significantly reduces the influence of waterlogging disasters on the western side of the Peninsula of Macao,waterlogging still occurs in some areas on the northeastern side of the peninsula.After constructing the tidal barrages and raising the embankments in key areas of the peninsula,the northeastern part of it exhibits only isolated ponding with the maximum ponding depth less than 10 cm.The combination of constructing tidal barrages and raising embankments can effectively prevent and control the risk of waterlogging disasters in the Peninsula of Macao.This study can provide a scientific,systematic,and visual simulation platform for the prevention,response,and mitigation of waterlogging disasters in coastal cities.It serves as a reference for the scientific management and control of such disasters in coastal cities.
