目的:探究不同外源硒对灵芝菌株菌丝生长特征、灵芝子实体主要农艺性状、三萜及甾醇等代谢产物积累的影响.方法:以改良PDA、木屑复合基料及代料栽培基料为培养基质,添加不同浓度的硒氰乙酸钾(KSeCN)及亚硒酸钠(Na2 SeO3),培养灵芝菌丝,发菌培养,并进行灵芝子实体生长栽培,测定不同培养基质中灵芝菌丝生长速率、灵芝子实体主要农艺性状,以及灵芝子实体不同部位三萜及甾醇、多糖、蛋白质、氨基酸含量.结果:供试菌株菌丝及灵芝子实体主要农艺性状在KSeCN为硒源处理组整体优于Na2 SeO3 为硒源处理组,菌株CZ12、CZ22、CZ26菌丝生长速度较快,菌株CZ22 子实体主要农艺性状最佳,在10~20 mg/kg KSeCN栽培下,子实体中三萜及甾醇、多糖平均含量分别为 1.35%、1.40%,与对照相比分别提高 18.42%、12.00%,菌株CZ26 富硒栽培下灵芝子实体不同部位主要代谢产物含量差异显著,菌管层中蛋白质、氨基酸含量最高,分别为 24.53%、16.30%,皮壳层中三萜及甾醇含量最高,为 1.49%.结论:灵芝菌株CZ22 在富硒栽培下子实体主要农艺性状表现较好、代谢产物积累能力较强,可为灵芝富硒高效栽培提供参考.

Objective:To investigate the effects of different exogenous selenium sources on the growth characteristics of Ganoderma lucidum hyphae,the main agronomic traits of Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies and the accumulation characteristics of metabolites such as triterpenoids,sterols.Methods:Modified PDA,sawdust composite substrates and substitute cultivation substrates were used as the culture medium,and different concentrations of potassium selenocyanate(KSeCN)and sodium selenite(Na2 SeO3)were added to cultivate Ganoderma lucidum mycelium.The mycelium was cultured and the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum was grown.The growth rate of Ganoderma Lucidum mycelium and main agronomic traits of Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies were measured in different cul-ture media,as well as the contents of triterpenes,sterols,polysaccharides,proteins,amino acids in different parts of Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies.Results:The main agronomic traits of the mycelium of the tested strains and Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies were generally better in the KSeCN selenium source treatment group than in the Na2 SeO3 selenium source treatment group.The mycelium growth rate of strains CZ12,CZ22,CZ26 was faster,and the main agronomic traits of strain CZ22 fruiting bodies were the best.Under the cultiration concentration of 10 to 20 mg/kg KSeCN,the average contents of triterpenes and sterols,polysaccharides in fruiting bodies were 1.35%and 1.40%,respectively,which were increased by 18.42%and 12.00%compared with the control group.There were sig-nificant differences in the content of main metabolites in different parts of Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies of strain CZ26 under sele-nium rich cultivation,and the protein and amino acid contents in the fungal tube layer were the highest,with 24.53%and 16.30%,re-spectively.The shell layer had the highest content of triterpenes and sterols,with 1.49%.Conclusion:The main grgonomic traits of Gan-oderma Lucidum fruiting bodies of strain CZ22 under selenium-enriched cultivation are well expressed,the accumulation capacity of metabolic produets is strong,providing reference for efficient cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum with selenium.
